Cookie Notice
This Notice explains how Nifftly Labs Inc ("Nifftly") uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, device and advertising identifiers, and pixels) on the Nifftly website and app. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What these technologies are
Cookies and local storage are small pieces of data stored on your device. We use them to keep you signed in, remember preferences, keep the Service secure, and — with your permission where required — to show and measure the ads that keep Nifftly free.
Categories we use
- Strictly necessary (always on): your login/session token, security and anti-abuse, and basic operation. The Service can't function without these, so they don't require consent.
- Preferences: remember choices such as your selected model and your consent settings.
- Advertising: set by Google (AdSense & Ad Manager on the web; AdMob in the app) to serve, cap, and measure ads — including rewarded ads — using device/advertising identifiers and broad, aggregated interest categories. These load only with your consent where consent is required.
- Measurement: help us and Google understand ad and feature performance in aggregate.
We do not use advertising cookies to build profiles from the contents of your prompts, and we never share your name, email, or messages with advertisers.
Your choices & how to control cookies
- On Nifftly: use the cookie banner (or “CookiesManage privacy optionsYour Privacy Choices”) to accept, reject non-essential cookies, or turn personalized ads off.
- Browser: block or delete cookies in your browser settings (some features may stop working).
- Google ads: review or turn off ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
- Mobile: reset or limit your advertising ID in your device's privacy settings; on iOS you'll also see an App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of targeted advertising and of "sale/share."
EEA, UK & Switzerland
Where required, non-essential (advertising and measurement) cookies are set only after you consent, collected through a Google-certified consent tool shown on your first visit. You can withdraw or change consent at any time; if you decline, you'll still see non-personalized ads.
United States
Depending on your state (California CCPA/CPRA, plus Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and others), you can opt out of targeted advertising and of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money, we honor the GPC browser signal, and you can turn off personalized ads with our cookie banner.
