Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy applies to everyone using Nifftly. Using Nifftly, you also agree to the usage policies of the underlying AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, and Google/Gemini).

Don't use Nifftly to

• Break the law or facilitate illegal activity.
• Create or distribute content that sexually exploits or endangers minors — zero tolerance, and we report as required by law.
• Promote violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred/harassment against people based on protected characteristics.
• Violate others' privacy or generate doxxing, surveillance, or biometric profiling of individuals.
• Create malware, conduct phishing/fraud, or deceptive impersonation.
• Infringe intellectual property or misappropriate trade secrets.
• Generate spam, or large-scale political or deceptive manipulation.
• Present Output as professional advice in high-risk areas (medical, legal, financial) without qualified human review, or use it for critical infrastructure or safety-critical decisions.
• Circumvent or defraud Niff limits, ad-reward verification, or rate limits — including faking, automating, or spoofing ad views to earn Niffs — or bypass security, or scrape, resell, or abuse the Service or its APIs.

Enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
